But, there are less innocent reasons for bypassing an internet filter. If someone is bypassing your internet filter for those reasons, the filter is not doing its job.

To bypass the internet filter, simply enter your administrator password. Then, at the end of the day, Clean Router will send you an email letting you know that your filter has been bypassed and which sites were visited.
You can activate these bypass alert emails by visiting your Clean Router settings page.
- Go to local.cleanrouter.com and enter your administrator password.
- On the left side of the page, under “Filter Info,” select “Emailed Report.”
- Turn on “Bypass Alert”
And feel safer knowing you will know every time your filter has been bypassed.
