7. How To Obtain Warranty Service
Step 1: Contact CT Technical Support at support@cleanrouter.com or (520) 445-HOPE (520-445-4673). Have your Product serial number and dated proof of original purchase available. A dated proof of original purchase is required to process all warranty claims. CT will respond within two (2) business days.
Step 2: Work with CT Technical Support to troubleshoot the issue. If CT determines the Product is not the cause of the problem and on-site help is needed, you must arrange local technical support at your own expense, coordinating with CT as needed.
Step 3: If CT determines the Product is defective, CT will ship a replacement unit via USPS Ground (or better) within fourteen (14) business days, along with a prepaid return shipping label.
Step 4: You must properly package and return the original Product using the prepaid return shipping label within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the replacement. Include a copy of your dated proof of original purchase. If you fail to return the original Product within fourteen (14) calendar days, you will be charged for the replacement unit.
Products received without the prepaid return label and dated proof of original purchase will be rejected.
