Enrolling an iOS Device

It is important to follow all of the steps below precisely.

1. 1. Take Backup of iOS Device in iTunes
      • Open iTunes on either a Mac or a Windows computer.
      • Connect your iOS device to the computer.
      • Manually create an unencrypted backup to “This computer”

1. 2. Download and Run Clean Router Utility
      • Click on a button below to download the correct Utility for your computer:

1. 1. • Launch the downloaded Utility.
      • Click the “Make Supervised” button.

1. 2. Restore Backup in iTunes
      • Return to iTunes and click the “Restore Backup” button.

1. • The device will then be restored in a “Supervised” state.
   • Once the restore has finished, setup the device.
2. Install Profile
3. Open App
4. Name Device (if it isn’t already named)
5. Configure Device in Device List
